Rest

No training.
  • Body: Sore.
  • Sleep: Lots.
  • Nutrition: Meh.
  • Notes: Will not break for all of the holidays, hopefully some bodyweight metcon work in the next couple of days. Much needed rest after yesterday, and ice fishing tomorrow.
