Daily report
- Body: Sore in neck. Legs are better
- Sleep: Poor. 2:30 AM is 3 hours too late for bed time. Need this to be better.
- Nutrition: OK.
- Notes: A lot going on today. Wasn't so much rest because of overtraining or soreness, I simply had no time.
