Daily report
  • Body: Very sore. Legs especially.
  • Sleep: Not very good last night. 3 hours.
  • Nutrition: Okay.
  • Notes: Not too much commentary for 11.3. Thruster'd the first 12 reps, jerked at the top from there. Kept a pretty solid pace. Two reps were called back around rep 4 and around rep 12. Legitimate "no-reps", I finished the jerk a bit ahead of center. Would have been nice to get those two though, especially being two reps is close to 10% of my reps. Technique was hard to keep solid after rep 15; my lungs kept up but my hips just didn't have the pop to get out of the bottom of the squat. Made the jerk tough too. Learned again from this one. What's next?
