Daily report
- Body: Extremely sore. 1-10; 9
- Sleep: 8 hours.
- Nutrition: Not so great. Enough protein, too much starch.
- Notes: Calves and chest are very sore. I am thinking this is from the box jumps of the 11.2 WOD. Ready to hit it hard again tomorrow.
- Cool link of the day: I'm usually not into videos like this, but this guy is crazy good.
