- notes: Did not feel well most of today. Very sore stomach. Managed to still hit this one hard. Did wod4 standards for the burpees on the first set and only the first half of the second and third set. Regular burpees for the rest, hence significantly lower times. The standard is going to be quite tough. I've registered for Friday Night Lights at Crossfit Scottsdale. This is convenient, as I will be in AZ this weekend for my uncle's wedding. Should be fun, many of the competitors are top tier.
