Daily report
- Body: Good. A little sore after today's training.
- Sleep: 8 hours.
- Nutrition: 1230- 1 small plate of greens (1.5 cup), 1 chicken breast (~6 oz), olive oil (2T), 1 small plate green beans (1 cup)
- Notes: Smooth running. Off to catch a plane to AZ.
- Cool link of the day: Wake up cat!
