  • Body: Sore this morning. Better in afternoon.
  • Sleep: 9 good hours
  • Nutrition: Good.
  • Notes: Pushups felt good. Really wanted the 245 triple on set 5 but couldn't stick the catch. Burpees went fine; it was a grind after round 11. Ice bath was good recovery. My legs feel much better.
