- Body: Good. A little sore.
- Sleep: Enough, but very tired upon waking.
- Nutrition: 0930- 3 egg omelet, peppers/mushrooms/onions (2.5 cups), oatmeal (2/3 cups), berries (1/4 cup), butter (2T); 1400- chicken soup (2 cups), spinach/tomatoes/cucumber (3 cups), hard boiled egg (1.5 oz), steamed broccoli (1 cup), baked/breaded chicken (2 thighs), hamburger patty (3 oz); 1850- 1 chicken breast (5 oz), steamed broccoli (2 cups), sausage (3 oz)
- Notes: Strong session. Wod 11.5 and 11.6 will be painful. Really need to work on toes to bars.
