Daily report
- Body: Great.
- Sleep: A little short. Coffee too late yesterday; couldn't fall asleep.
- Nutrition: 1200- Tuna sandwich w/ olives 1800- Chicken stir fry, 3 small potstickers, 2100- Small salad w/ walnuts, grilled jumbo shrimp, grilled scallops
- Notes: 11.5 tomorrow at Twin City's Open. Some good pointers from Carl Paoli at g-wod. Going into this, I know that toes-to-bars are not a strong suit of mine. Lungs are there for everything, but poor technique will kill me. This one will really depend on focus and mental strength.
- Cool link of the day: Meat Glue. I am grateful for the peace of mind my freezer's meat is from the same cow. Makes me second guess anything I would buy in a store. That shit is absolutely disgusting. Industry will go through any measure to rip people off, even if it means the health of their consumers.
