Daily report
  • Body: Good.
  • Sleep: Tired upon waking. Late night. 6 hours.
  • Nutrition: 1100- 2 slices corned beef (8 oz), chicken tenders (6 oz), baby potatoes (1/2 cup), chicken wings (4 oz); 1400- beef chili (1 cup), chicken patty (4 oz), raw greens (2 cups), tuna (1/3 cup), olive oil (2 T)
  • Notes: This session felt strong. Rowing form is improving and becoming more natural. TGU were done with 1 pd KB and went fine. FLR sucks, but there's really no hiding from that. 360 seconds to accumulate 240. Can't wait for Friday.
