Recovery run

Daily report
  • Body: Tired and sore.
  • Sleep: 7 hours.
  • Nutrition: So-so. Needs to be cleaner tomorrow.
  • Notes: Much needed off day to prepare for the weekend. I've had a knot in my stomach since they announced WOD#3... this one is going to sting, that's for sure. I'm thinking for strategy I am going to try and clean/thruster each rep, dropping at the top each time. Touch and go is quick, but I think that's wasted energy controlling the bar on the way down.
