OPT training pt 1

power snatch x 3
rest 10 sec; max vertical jump x 3

For loads: 135, 155, 165

3 sets:
snatch complex:
1 power snatch; 2 snatch balance; 3 ohs

For loads: 155; 165; 185 (F@PS); 155

3 sets:
6 heavy KBS
6 tuck jumps

For load: 2 pood all sets

Daily report
  • Body: Sore. Tired.
  • Sleep: Okay, but groggy this morning.
  • Nutrition: None since lunch yesterday. Sick feeling in stomach.
  • Notes: Wish I had more "pop" in this session; wasn't feeling my best. We'll see how part 2 goes later. Tuck jumps felt awesome, at least.
