- Body: A little sore, but good.
- Nutrition: Good.
- Sleep: Enough.
- Notes: Never have used straps before; that was interesting. GH raises were tough the last 2 sets. Strict chin ups need to improve. I've been sticking to only kip chin-ups for too long.
