Daily report
- Body: Good.
- Sleep: Enough, but bad quality.
- Nutrition: Very poor yesterday evening. Better today.
- Notes: Fun WOD, but was pretty soft on it. Kept good pace on burpees, but rested between sets. CTB's are feeling very strong.
