16:10 @ lazy effort (all thrusters unbroken)

CTB chin ups
1, 2, 3, 4, 5 (x 2)
5 squats between each set

Daily report
  • Body: Good.
  • Sleep: Enough, but bad quality.
  • Nutrition: Very poor yesterday evening. Better today.
  • Notes: Fun WOD, but was pretty soft on it. Kept good pace on burpees, but rested between sets. CTB's are feeling very strong.
