For HSPU reps: 10, 12, 14, 16, 9

  • Body: A little sore.
  • Sleep: Enough.
  • Nutrition: Poor.
  • Notes: Fine workout today. Haven't worked on rope climbing skills for awhile. HSPU are also sort of a goat for me. Pleased with the effort.
