- Body: Lats very sore.
- Sleep: Okay. Making an honest attempt to rise at 7:30 each morning until school begins.
- Nutrition: Wheat-less warrior going strong.
- Notes: This was not fun. Quite painful. Sets of 10 until 50, then sets of 5. Sets of 3 at the end. Wrists sore.
