- Body: Back is a little sore. Good.
- Sleep: So/so. Could be earlier.
- Nutrition: Lunch was bad today, dinner was excellent. Clams and garlic green beans.
- Notes: Good workout today, except the deadlifts were surprisingly slow. double unders were not fast either. Oh well, good wod.
