Warmup (run 10 minutes)

Run 45 minutes @ 60% effort

Distance: St. Johns to St. Bens (just under 6 miles)

Daily report:
  • Body: Fine. Knees a little sore after run.
  • Sleep: No nap. Need one, though.
  • Nutrition: Good.
  • Notes: Good distance between campuses. Held good pace entire time. Nothing much to report.
