Daily report
- Body: Sore.
- Sleep: A bit short. 6 hours.
- Nutrition: Okay. Not enough water.
- Notes: Front squats were hell. Legs very sore from yesterday. Also felt dehydrated throughout workout. GHD's were fine, box jumps were okay too. Could have been much faster.
