- Body: Pretty good. Soreness has finally subsided from WOD 4.
- Sleep: So/so. Could be better.
- Nutrition: Needs work. No more Culvers after work!!
- Notes: Its been awhile since I've had time for a met con. Felt solid. All pullups were butterfly
