1 Back Squat
Then,
3 rounds
500m Row
Max reps thruster (115#)
For reps: 32
Summary: Averaged about 1:45 for the row. 1:40 first one, then 1:45 and 1:50. Felt okay on the thrusters but they were heavy. 12 first round then 8 and 10. 40 would be my goal for next time. It's doable.
