AM Workout: 10k row (1k, 3, 5, 7, 9 = easy/light pace; 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 = hard/fast pace)

Breakfast: 2 eggs, vegetables, chicken breast
Lunch: chicken breast, a few strawberries, veggies
