Daily report
- Body: Sore. 1-10; 8
- Sleep: Tired in AM. 7 hours.
- Nutrition: Good.
- Notes: Strong speed work, especially 3 position snatch. CTB were difficult at the gym I was in -- the pullup bar is horrible. Focused on breathing during thrusters. Trail run was smooth. Finally a nice day to run outside. Sprinting every 120 sec kept things interesting. Good training today.
